Dentist on Revenue Basis

We are seeking an experienced Dentist with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our esteemed dental team. The ideal candidate should be skilled in diagnosing and treating a variety of dental conditions, providing high-quality dental care, and ensuring patient satisfaction. This position is offered on a revenue-sharing basis, providing excellent earning potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and treat oral health conditions, including cavities, gum diseases, and tooth infections.
• Perform general and cosmetic dental procedures, including fillings, crowns, bridges, veneers, and teeth whitening.
• Carry out tooth extractions, root canal treatments, and preventive dental care.
• Assess patient needs and create personalized treatment plans.
• Provide guidance on oral hygiene, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions.
• Work collaboratively with other dental professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in dentistry and innovative treatment techniques.
• Ensure compliance with ethical, safety, and medical regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a practicing Dentist.
• Valid dental license to practice in Sharjah.
• Strong expertise in general and cosmetic dentistry.
• Excellent communication and patient-care skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.

Compensation:
