Job Overview

We are a growing practice seeking a skilled and compassionate General Dentist to join our dental practice. Ideal candidate has to have experience various dental procedures and be comfortable doing implants, root canals and extractions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and evaluations to determine dental health status.
• Perform a variety of dental procedures including but not limited to dental extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, and endodontics.
• Utilize advanced techniques such as four-handed dentistry and aseptic technique during procedures.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to deliver comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and treatment options.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in dentistry, including medical imaging and infection control protocols.
• Utilize dental software for patient management and record keeping.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
• Valid state dental license and DEA to practice dentistry.
• Familiarity with dental terminology, anatomy knowledge, and medical terminology is essential.
• Previous experience in a dental office or clinic setting.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to provide empathetic patient care.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $1,200.00 - $1,500.00 per day

Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week

Work Location: In person
