Summary

People and patients come first. We invest in our team members by providing CE's during monthly lunch-in-learns, personalized coaching and trainings, and regular team social and service activities. We like working with naturally happy people who work hard, have fun, find solutions, pitch in, and make everyone around them better.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose oral diseases.
• Administer appropriate treatments including dental extractions, fillings, and endodontic procedures.
• Educate patients on oral health and preventive care practices.
• Maintain accurate patient records using Open Dental.
• Collaborate with clinical and support team members to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Stay updated on advancements in dentistry and implement best practices in treatment.
• Foster a welcoming atmosphere for patients to enhance their experience.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution
• Valid state dental license to practice dentistry in Ohio
• Quality clinical skills with a willingness to grow, learn, and try new things
• Excellent communication skills for effective patient and team member interaction
• Familiarity with Open Dental software is beneficial but not mandatory
• Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development
• A team-oriented mindset
• A naturally happy personality
• A desire to make each patient's experience "rave worthy"

Compensation & Benefits

The potential earning for someone doing 1 day a week is $60k-80k. Compensation is based on a % of collections.
