DENTIST – TREATMENT PLANNING

Position: Dentist- Treatment Planning

Location: Vadodara

Experience: Freshers

Salary: up to 3lpa

Role Description:-

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented fresher dentist to join our aligner treatment planning team. This role involves learning and applying digital orthodontic concepts, reviewing patient cases, and assisting in creating treatment plans for clear aligners under the guidance of senior clinicians.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review patient photographs, X-rays, and 3D scans for case assessment.
• Assist in preparing digital treatment plans for aligners under supervision.
• Coordinate with senior orthodontists/dentists for plan approval and modifications.
• Learn and use aligner planning software effectively.
• Maintain case documentation and follow clinical protocols.
• Stay updated on orthodontic and aligner treatment concepts through regular training.

Qualifications:-

• Education: BDS (MDS in Orthodontics is a plus but not mandatory).
• Experience: Freshers are welcome; training will be provided.
• Basic understanding of orthodontic principles.
• Good computer skills and willingness to learn new software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
