Position: Department Head – Mathematics
Location: Secunderabad, Telangana
Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month
Qualification: M.Sc (Mathematics) + B.Ed
Experience: Minimum 3 years (teaching + leadership experience)

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated Department Head – Mathematics to lead the Math department. The role involves academic planning, mentoring teachers, and ensuring effective learning outcomes for students while maintaining discipline and innovation in teaching methods.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Mathematics department, ensuring academic excellence.
• Design lesson plans, teaching methodologies, and assessment strategies.
• Mentor and support Math teachers for effective classroom delivery.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for continuous improvement.
• Monitor student performance and implement remedial measures.
• Collaborate with school leadership on curriculum planning and improvements.
• Maintain discipline, motivation, and team spirit among staff.
• Introduce innovative teaching methods, digital tools, and problem-solving activities.
• Represent the department in parent-teacher meetings and school events.

Requirements

• M.Sc in Mathematics with B.Ed (mandatory).
• Minimum 3 years of teaching and academic leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of subject matter and modern teaching methodologies.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to motivate both students and teachers.
• Good organizational and time management abilities.
