Your Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and inspire the Biology faculty
• Craft and oversee engaging, modern science curricula
• Organize science fairs, workshops, and enrichment activities
• Track and elevate student performance and engagement
• Collaborate with senior staff for strategic academic planning

Skills & Experience We Value

• Master’s degree (Biology or related; B.Ed./M.Ed. preferred)
• At least 7 years teaching experience in Biology
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Department Head or Academic Coordinator
• Strong track record in team leadership and curriculum development
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
