The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Department Manager who’s ready to step up and lead from the front. You’ll take full ownership of your department — from daily operations to long-term results. You’ll coach your team, hold them accountable, and help them grow while driving performance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of technicians and support staff with clarity and accountability
• Track performance metrics and implement strategies to exceed goals
• Ensure department profitability through labor management, job costing, and workflow efficiency
• Coach, mentor, and train team members — you’re the tone-setter
• Collaborate with leadership to align goals with the company’s mission and values
• Ensure high standards of workmanship, safety, and customer experience
• Drive operational excellence — eliminate waste, improve systems, and streamline processes
