Department Manager

• Lead and motivate teams while ensuring employee retention and continuous performance improvement.

• Manage sales growth, cost control, and operational efficiency to achieve business targets.

• Plan, implement, and monitor sales promotion activities in coordination with the local management team in Dubai.

• Analyze business performance data to identify opportunities for sustainable and profitable growth.

• Oversee budget planning, KPI tracking, and performance follow-ups.

• Actively generate sales by managing key accounts and expanding the customer base.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and key stakeholders.

• Support the execution of strategic initiatives and ensure alignment with company objectives.

• Several years of proven experience in personnel management and leadership roles.

• Strong background in B2B and/or B2C sales or sales management.

• Solid understanding of business operations, sales strategies, and financial performance.

• Experience in managing budgets, KPIs, and sales optimization activities.

• Ability to analyze data and convert insights into actionable growth strategies.

• Industry-specific knowledge is an advantage but not mandatory.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
