Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall department operations and sales performance
• Ensure excellent product display, merchandising, and stock availability
• Achieve sales targets and control departmental expenses
• Supervise and motivate sales staff for high performance
• Maintain customer service standards and resolve customer concerns
• Coordinate with buying, warehouse, and operations teams
• Monitor inventory, shrinkage, and stock movement
• Ensure implementation of company SOPs and visual merchandising standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 4–8 years of retail experience in relevant non-food categories
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
• Good understanding of merchandising, sales analysis, and inventory control
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
