Take overall responsibility for team performance, sales results, cost control, and execution of business plans.
Plan and coordinate sales promotion activities together with the local management team in Dubai.
Analyze sales figures and operational performance to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Manage budgets efficiently and monitor KPIs and performance targets on a regular basis.
Drive sales activities through strong client relationships and continuous business development efforts.
Build and maintain long term relationships with customers, suppliers, and key business partners.
Support the team in achieving sales goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
Ensure effective communication and coordination between management and team members for smooth operations.
Prepare regular sales and performance reports for management review and planning purposes.
Several years of experience in sales and team management, including exposure to B2B and B2C environments or leadership positions.
Strong commercial understanding with the ability to turn strategies into practical business results.
Proven experience in handling sales operations and leading successful teams.
Industry related experience will be considered an advantage but is not essential.
Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship management skills.
Ability to perform effectively in a target driven and fast paced work environment.
Strong organizational and decision making skills with a proactive working approach.
