Training Manager

Project-Based | Deployment Required (Up to 8 Weeks Onsite)

We’re looking for a Training Manager who can operate in demanding government contract environments, including remote, secure, or geographically diverse locations. This role is fully boots-on-the-ground—no desk-only work, no routine office days. You will deploy as part of a structured rotation and oversee all training activities that support mission readiness, workforce compliance, and large-scale operational execution.

This position requires prior experience in deployed, austere, or industrial field environments (oilfield, defense contracting, emergency response, or similar) and the ability to deploy for extended periods with limited notice.

Your Mission

• Oversee all training activities, from onboarding through in-service and refresher sessions
• Supervise training support staff and coordinate schedules across operational departments
• Track certification requirements, training completions, and credentialing deadlines
• Maintain and audit training records for compliance with contractual and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with HR, compliance, and operations to align training with mission needs
• Develop or refine SOPs, checklists, and workflows to improve training delivery
• Serve as point of contact for all training-related questions and issues
• Ensure new hires are processed efficiently and meet pre-deployment readiness standards

Requirements

• Proven experience in training management, onboarding coordination, or workforce development (required)
• Strong background in corrections, law enforcement, military, or emergency staffing (preferred)
• Ability to manage large-scale credentialing efforts and track multiple training pipelines
• Proficiency with Excel, Smartsheet, or similar tracking tools
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Proficient in English (spoken and written)
• Ability to manage stressful and high-pressure situations with professionalism and control.
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to pass a background check, drug screening, and security clearance.

Job Types: Contract, Temporary

Pay: $30/hr ($3180/wk)

Shift availability: This position will work 12-hour shifts, 7 days a week for the duration of the deployment, totaling 84 hours per week. You will be paid overtime for any hours worked over 40 hours.

Must be open to any of the following 12-hour shifts:

· Day Shift

· Night Shift

· Overnight Shift

Ability to Commute or Relocate:

• Ability to deploy and be onsite before starting work and for the duration of the 6-8 week rotation (Required)
