Deposit Operations Support

If you enjoy working with customers over the phone, possess excellent communication skills, and have high attention to detail, apply for our Deposit Operations Support role! This position requires independent work, relying on resources and team members to assist with troubleshooting questions. You must ensure every transaction is processed correctly by confirming with the customer and following procedure. Those with an understanding of banking, excellent problem solving, and good technology skills are likely to be successful. Our Deposit Operations Support department is responsible for:

• Answering customer inquiries regarding account transactions via phone and chat

• Supporting electronic banking products including online and mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and debit cards

• Processing account transactions and changes

• Troubleshooting transaction exceptions
