Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Workers’ Compensation Deposition Attorney on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have experience defending applicant depositions, strong communication skills, and the ability to represent clients with professionalism and confidence.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend and defend applicant depositions on behalf of our clients
• Prepare clients for testimony and provide clear guidance throughout the process
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and staff
• Maintain professionalism and strong advocacy in all proceedings

Qualifications

• Active California Bar License (required)
• Prior experience in Workers’ Compensation law preferred
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to deposition locations
• Strong organizational and client-communication skills
