Employee Duties & Responsibilities

1) Process sales transactions.

2) Offer a friendly greeting and smile to customers.

3) Answer all questions, providing detailed information, and establishing trust with the customer.

4) Stock shelves, counters, or tables with food/ merchandise

5) When necessary, handle several customers at once.

6) Ensure all surfaces and areas are clean and presentable.

7) Thank customers for shopping with us.

Abilities

• Cashier experience highly desired.
• Independent problem-solving.
• Manage own time
• Ability to work as a team or independently
• Basic math and money counting
• Ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences.
• Excellent communication skills.

Food and Beverage Manager
