- Support the Director Regulatory Affairs, JV and Commercial in management and operations of MOL Pakistan’s Operated and Non-operated assets including the Joint Venture Affairs, Hydrocarbon sales and Stakeholder Management.
- Develop and coordinate detailed briefs and assessments on hydrocarbon sales & pricing related issues based on market research that may come before management allowing commercial decisions such as sale of hydrocarbons to the midstream/downstream companies.
- To ensure the compliance of various GPAs, GSAs and COSAs with respect to the regulatory (DGPC, DG GAS, DG OIL, OGRA), requirements . This may also require representing the company on the regulatory forums for obtaining the approvals of the above agreements and to obtain allocation of oil and gas.

Responsible for carrying out economic analysis of the company’s exploration and development projects and preparation of commercial and hydrocarbon sales sections for the commerciality documents as well as the Field Development Plans for submission to the Regulator.

University Degree in Economics, Finance, Law or Business Administration

Knowledge of worldwide petroleum fiscal regimes, energy outlook, capital planning, forecasting, petroleum economic analysis and strategy development, business planning and strategy formulation.

Min 6 years of relevant experience.
