Deputy Director – Finance (Bilingual)

Looking for Deputy Director – Finance who will be responsible for supporting the overall finance function and ensuring strong financial governance, accurate reporting, and effective business support.

The role requires a seasoned finance professional with solid experience in financial reporting, budgeting, internal controls, ERP systems, and M&A-related activities. The Deputy Director – Finance will oversee day-to-day finance operations, support strategic financial planning, review financial performance, and ensure timely and accurate management reporting.

The role will also support M&A due diligence, integration activities, ERP module implementation/improvement, process automation, and financial control enhancements across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and management accounts.

Support the CFO/Finance Director in strategic planning and decision-making.

Lead finance process improvements and strengthen internal controls.

Support M&A transactions, due diligence, financial analysis, and post-acquisition integration.

Oversee ERP finance modules and coordinate with IT/business teams for system enhancements.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.

Manage and develop the finance team, ensuring proper delegation and performance monitoring.

Provide financial insights to senior management to support business growth and operational efficiency.

Pay: AED40,000.00 - AED45,000.00 per hour
