About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and result-driven professional to lead our sales and operations for a leading travel & tourism company. This role demands exceptional leadership, business development skills, and operational expertise to deliver world-class travel solutions, expand market share, and ensure service excellence across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Drive sales strategy, achieve revenue and profitability targets.

✔ Oversee end-to-end travel operations ensuring compliance and efficiency.

✔ Build and maintain strategic partnerships with airlines, GDS, OTAs, and DMCs.

✔ Develop corporate and B2B business while enhancing customer satisfaction.

✔ Lead a high-performing team, ensuring strong SOP adherence.

✔ Optimize branch operations, process improvement, and cost control.

What We’re Looking For:

✔ 10+ years in travel industry with at least 5 years in leadership roles.

✔ Proven track record in sales growth and operational excellence.

✔ Strong knowledge of GDS systems, IATA regulations, and international markets.

✔ Excellent negotiation, leadership, and analytical skills.

✔ Ability to travel internationally and manage cross-border teams.
