We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Deputy General Manager (Furniture) to oversee daily operations, sales performance, and team management across our furniture division. The role includes supporting strategic planning, driving revenue growth, ensuring excellent customer service, managing showroom standards, and coordinating with supply chain and logistics teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, industry knowledge, and a proven track record in furniture retail or operations management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support sales and showroom teams to meet targets
  • Oversee daily operations and maintain high service standards
  • Manage inventory, logistics coordination, and merchandising
  • Develop and implement business growth strategies
  • Monitor performance metrics and prepare regular reports
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in handling, Minimum 10+ furniture retail outlets/operations management.
  • Handling minimum business turnover of 3 Crores.
  • Having exposure towards product sourcing against product sell-out.
  • Complete knowledge of EOL Product tracking.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage teams and drive business results.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
