Deputy Head of Primary Head of Early Years and Grade 1

We are seeking an exceptional and experienced leader to take on the role of Deputy Head of Primary (Head of Early Years and Grade 1) from August 2026.

This is a key leadership position within the Primary Senior Leadership Team, responsible for the academic and operational leadership of Early Years and Grade 1. The successful candidate will play a central role in shaping high-quality teaching and learning, driving student outcomes, delivering the very highest of pastoral care and supporting staff development in alignment with the IB PYP philosophy.
