Roles & Responsibilities:-

  • Strategic HR Planning: Develop and implement human resource programs, initiatives, and strategic plans aligned with organizational goals.
  • HR Research & Analysis: Conduct research, surveys, and data collection to identify issues, gaps, or causes of HR-related problems.
  • Advisory & Consultation: Provide guidance and recommendations to HR personnel and clients for resolving day-to-day HR issues.
  • Policy Development & Implementation: Assist in formulating, integrating, and enforcing HR policies and procedures across the organization.
  • Talent & Performance Management: Support KRA/KPI setting, performance reviews, training, and development programs for various departments.
  • Change & Culture Management: Design and implement plans to drive organizational change, employee engagement, and positive culture initiatives.
  • HR Technology Implementation: Evaluate, select, and implement appropriate HR technologies to improve efficiency and reporting.
  • Compliance & Control Systems: Establish and maintain control systems to ensure adherence to business methods, HR policies, and legal compliance.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance HR processes, problem-solving, and operational efficiency.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with management, employees, and clients to address HR needs and provide tailored solutions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
