Deputy Manager Compliance/Finance

INNOVATION WORLDWIDE DMCC is a well-established international trading house in Dubai, UAE with the vision of serving steel mills worldwide.

We deal with supplies of Ore, Ferrous Alloys, Carbon Products, Cored Wire, and base metals.

Position: Deputy Manager Compliances/Finance

Responsibilities:

Compliance & Taxation:

1. Registration with Tax Authorities

2. Quarterly Filing of VAT Returns with Tax Authorities

3. Filing Annual Income Tax Returns with authorities

4. Maintaining proper records of all filing

5. Assisting Management & external advisors in taxation related matters

6. Ensuring Books & records are maintained in accordance with Tax Laws

Other Compliances:

1. Renewal of ISO 9001: 2015 Certificate, Co-ordination with auditors

2. ICV Renewal and Co-ordination with Auditors

3. D & B Accreditation and Renewal

4. Monthly/quarterly/annually compliance with bank for credit limit.

5. Regular compliance with freezone authorities.

Finance & Accounts:

1. Preparation of Financial Statements, Cash Flow statement

2. Overseeing a team of accountants for daily updating of books

3. Regular review of books and reconciliations with Customers/Suppliers

4. Preparing various MIS Reports for Management on regular basis

5. Co-ordination with auditors for statutory and Internal Audits

Process Improvement, Financial Analysis, Team Collaboration, Regulatory Updates

Qualifications:

· CA qualified candidates: 1-3 years, For Semi-qualified CA candidates: 2-4 years (Industry Experience)

· Strong knowledge of Taxation, accounting principles, IFRS and regulations. Knowledge of UAE VAT/CT.

· Knowledge of transfer pricing will be added advantage.

· Knowledge of International Trading including LC handling will be Preferred.

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.

· Proficient in accounting software (Preferably Tally) and Microsoft Office Suite.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

· Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

· High ethical standards and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
