Sabirs' group is a leading, progressive poultry producing group having over three decades of experience. Our vertically integrated business incorporates the manufacturing of poultry feed, broiler breeding & hatching, broiler farming and chicken meat processing.

At Sabroso Pakistan, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional for the role of "Deputy Manager Customer Service & Home Delivery". This leadership position is responsible for overseeing nationwide customer service operations and home delivery services, ensuring operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and profitability through service improvements, cost optimization, and performance management.

• Lead and oversee end-to-end customer service and home delivery operations across all regions nationwide.
• Manage online order processing, customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
• Develop, review, and implement SOPs, service standards, and performance benchmarks for customer service and home delivery functions.
• Drive departmental reforms by identifying gaps, improving efficiency, and introducing best practices.
• Monitor delivery performance, service quality, turnaround times (TAT), and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Manage and evaluate in-house delivery teams and source, evaluate, and onboard third-party delivery partners to improve service coverage and cost efficiency.
• Analyze departmental costs and revenues to improve profitability and cost optimization.
• Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure effective resolution while safeguarding brand reputation.
• Lead, train, and develop customer service and home delivery teams, fostering a performance-driven and customer-centric culture.
• Prepare and present periodic operational, performance, and profitability reports to management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and regulatory requirements related to delivery operations.
