Job Summary:

- Lead the electrical maintenance team to ensure efficient and safe operation of electrical systems and equipment.

- Plan, schedule, and execute maintenance activities, including breakdown maintenance, preventive maintenance, and predictive maintenance.

- Collaborate with production and other teams to ensure minimal downtime and maximum productivity.

Responsibilities:

- Manage a team of electrical technicians and engineers

- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures

- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and regulations

- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues

- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for maintenance activities

- Maintain electrical equipment and system documentation

Requirements:

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering

- 10-20 years of experience in electrical maintenance in a manufacturing industry

- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and safety standards

- Proven leadership and problem-solving skills

- Good communication and teamwork skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹363,929.44 - ₹656,596.73 per year
