Job Purpose:
To lead and manage the Food & Beverage (F&B) vertical within the Non-Aero Commercial portfolio at Mumbai International Airport, ensuring optimal revenue generation, customer satisfaction, and alignment with the airport’s strategic vision.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs):

Develop and execute F&B strategy aligned with passenger demographics and airport footfall

Identify and onboard innovative culinary concepts and brands to enhance the airport’s dining experience.

Maximize revenue from F&B outlets through optimal space utilization, pricing strategies, and tenant mix.

Monitor and analyze sales performance, footfall conversion, and spend per passenger metrics.

Negotiate commercial terms and lease agreements with F&B operators

Ensure high standards of service, hygiene, and ambiance across all F&B outlets.

Implement feedback mechanisms and conduct regular audits to maintain quality.

Liaise with internal departments and external partners for smooth operations.

Plan and execute seasonal campaigns, food festivals, and loyalty programs.

Collaborate with concessionaires and marketing team for cross-promotions.

Prepare monthly performance reports, forecasts, and dashboards.

Ensure compliance with FSSAI, airport safety norms, and other statutory requirements.

Drive penetration through loyalty program and digital invoicing.

Conduct weekly performance reviews and monthly sales performance reviews with concessionaires.

Perform inventory checks and provide feedback for improvements.

Drive budgeted sales, revenue, and KPIs at store level.
Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s/Master’s in Hospitality, Business, or related field.

3 – 5 years of experience in F&B operations, preferably in airports, malls, or hospitality chains

Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills.
