Job Summary
Responsible for overseeing Finished Goods Store operations, ensuring effective inventory control, timely dispatches, and compliance with GMP standards and company policies.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage Finished Goods Store (FGS) operations.
- Ensure timely dispatch of finished goods with accurate documentation.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock reconciliation through SAP.
- Coordinate with Production, Planning, Quality Assurance, and Logistics teams for smooth dispatch and storage operations.
- Ensure compliance with GMP requirements and internal SOPs.
- Monitor warehouse activities, manpower utilization, and operational efficiency.
- Review and maintain all FGS-related documentation, dispatch records, and system entries.
- Support audits, inspections, and internal reviews related to Finished Goods Store operations.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Finished Goods Store / warehouse management.
- Mandatory pharmaceutical industry experience; only candidates with pharma experience will be considered.
- Mandatory SAP experience; candidates without SAP expertise will not be considered.
- Strong understanding of inventory control, dispatch processes, and documentation.
- Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet dispatch timelines.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
