✅ Assist in managing day-to-day Food & Beverage operations.
✅ Ensure exceptional guest service and customer satisfaction.
✅ Monitor food quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
✅ Control inventory, food costs, and wastage.
✅ Support revenue growth through upselling and promotional activities.
✅ Supervise, train, and develop F&B staff.
✅ Coordinate with procurement and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations.
✅ Prepare operational reports and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
✅ Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
Requirements:
✔ Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
✔ 4–7 years of relevant experience in Food & Beverage operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
✔ Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
✔ Knowledge of inventory management, budgeting, and cost control.
✔ Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations.
✔ Experience in restaurants, food courts, amusement parks, family entertainment centers, or hospitality operations will be preferred.
