Deputy Manager – Fundraising ( Non Profit Organization )

Fulcrum Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Deputy Manager – Fundraising for one of its esteemed clients in the non-profit healthcare sector. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about social impact, donor engagement, and resource mobilization. The incumbent will be responsible for developing and executing fundraising strategies, managing donor relationships, and ensuring compliance with donor requirements.

• Develop and implement effective fundraising strategies aligned with organizational goals and hospital needs
• Identify, approach, and build relationships with Trusts, Foundations, Corporates, and Individual Donors
• Manage and grow a sustainable donor pipeline to ensure consistent funding streams
• Ensure compliance with donor requirements, documentation, and reporting standards
• Plan and execute Zakat campaigns in collaboration with the Marketing Department
• Maintain strong donor relationships through regular communication, acknowledgements, reports, and updates
• Oversee and manage the donor database, donation tracking systems, and donation boxes
• Coordinate with the Marketing team for fundraising materials, annual reports, and website updates
• Handle administrative and coordination tasks related to Friends of the Kidney Centre (FOKC)
• Liaise with the Patient Welfare Department to maintain accurate and updated donation records

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent qualification)
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in fundraising, business development, or NGO/non-profit sector
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Urdu
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Experience in healthcare or hospital fundraising is a plus
• Familiarity with donor management systems/CRM tools
• Understanding of Zakat and charitable giving frameworks in Pakistan
