We have vacancy for Deputy Manager- HR Compliance

Experience : 8 to 12 yrs

· Brief Job Description:

Monitor and Handle all the Establishment related Compliance Activities of Clients by the reporting team.

Ensure timely Coordinate with Client, Front End Team and Corporate Office for timely completion of operational activities.

Handle the team efficiently to keep the client side escalations under control at all times.

Constantly keep abreast of the latest laws and regulations of the domain as well as ensure knowledge tranasfer to CCs.

Ensure that Statutory data from Regional HR of clients are collected and updated in MIS.

To review status of S & E RC / CLRA RC & License / Trade License with team and drive for its completion.

Ensure that the Team is enrolling EPF and ESI of clients online ,

Assist in processing of PF claims of Ex-employees for settlement and EPF transfer, EPF Advance and death Claims.

Verifying the ESI reports and ensuring payment remittance on time.

Work closely with clients for settling of notices by authorities.

Effective follow up on outstanding payments for invoices raised.
