Four Brothers Group Pakistan is hiring a Deputy Manager HR (OD & Trainings) to drive OD initiatives, manage training programs, and oversee the Performance Management System.
Education:
- Master’s degree in HR or Business Administration
Job Description:
Senior HR Executive (OD & Trainings) is responsible for but not limited to:
- Structure job analysis activities and design standardized Job Descriptions and SMART KPIs for all functions
- Manage the Performance Management System (PMS), including goal setting, evaluations, and calibrations.
- Develop, review, and update HR policies, SOPs, compensation frameworks, and employee grading structures.
- Develop and maintain accurate organizational charts for both Sales and Non-Sales teams in line with business structure.
- Deliver new employee orientation programs in coordination with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure effective onboarding.
- Facilitate HRIS implementation and continuously enhance HR processes and operational efficiency.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Trainings & Organizational Development.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent time management skills combined with a strong can-do attitude.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs1.00 - Rs10.00 per month
