Role Overview:
The Deputy HR Manager – Operations will support the HR Manager in overseeing day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth implementation of policies, employee lifecycle management, compliance, and operational excellence. The role involves supervising HR processes, supporting business units, and driving efficiency in HR service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, payroll, compliance, and employee records.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Support workforce planning, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Handle employee queries, grievances, and provide timely resolutions.
- Collaborate with department heads to align HR operations with business needs.
- Monitor HR metrics and generate reports for management review.
- Lead and guide the HR operations team in day-to-day tasks.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5–7 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in operations or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and HRIS systems.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs175,000.00 per month
Experience:
