Deputy Manager HR (Retail)

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with company goals.

* Lead recruitment, onboarding, retention, and grievance handling.

* Manage performance reviews.

* Ensure compliance with HR policies.

* Promote employee engagement and positive work culture.

* Ensure accurate & timely payroll processing.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR or related field.

* 5–8 years’ HR experience, ideally in retail, hospitality, or food service.

* Strong knowledge of HR best practices.

* Excellent leadership, communication, and people skills.

* Proficient in FlowHCM and MS Office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
