Job Purpose:
The Deputy Manager HSE will lead and own occupational health, safety, and environmental performance at the Hub production facility, ensuring alignment with ISO 45001, food safety (FSSC/HACCP), and sustainability commitments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement & maintain the OHSMS aligned with ISO 45001.
• Conduct & update risk assessments, JSA, HAZOP, and hazard control measures.
• Drive combustible dust hazard assessments and implement preventive systems.
• Manage PTW, LOTO, and contractor HSE systems.
• Lead incident investigations and oversee emergency response preparedness.
• Manage occupational hygiene programs (noise, dust, chemicals, ergonomics, PPE).
• Deliver HSE training programs and drive safety culture across the site.
• Coordinate internal/external audits (ISO, HACCP, FSSC, SMETA/Sedex).
• Report HSE performance dashboards (KPIs) to senior management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / HSE / Environmental Sciences.
• 5–8 years of relevant HSE experience in a manufacturing/process industry.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 45001, HACCP, risk management & safety audits.
• Excellent leadership, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
