Deputy Manager – Mall Management & Food Court

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Deputy Manager to oversee mall operations, with a special focus on food court management. The ideal candidate should be proactive, customer-oriented, and capable of maintaining smooth day-to-day operations while supporting strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing overall mall operations and administration
• Oversee daily activities and performance of the food court
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality standards
• Coordinate with tenants, vendors, and service providers
• Monitor food court occupancy, footfall, and sales performance
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and issue resolution
• Support event planning, marketing activities, and promotional campaigns
• Prepare reports and assist with budgeting and operational planning

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in mall management, retail operations, or food & beverage supervision
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem-solving and leadership abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
