Deputy Manager - Reporting

Education - CA / ACCA Finalist

Experience - Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in financial reporting and analysis in the retail or textile industry

Job Description:-

• Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with internal financial policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management based on financial performance and trends.
• Support strategic planning and business initiatives through financial analysis and reporting.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including retail operations, supply chain, and merchandising.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of financial analysts/reporting staff, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions.
• Ensure data integrity and effective use of SAP S/4HANA reporting modules.
• Assist in audits, management reviews, and special financial projects as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
