Resort Operations - Deputy Manager:
You are a Hospitality Professional who is skilled and diligent in the pursuit of service excellence. We are looking for a Hands-on, flexible person who understands the Resort business needs.
Job Purpose:
Be responsible for the Resort Operations – House Keeping, Front Office & Admin, Purchase, Manpower, Property Management
Key areas of responsibility:
1. House-keeping dept - Daily checking resort, rooms for cleanliness, hygiene & order
2. Training & Grooming service staff + House Keeping Staff
3. Front office & Admin dept – check-in and check-out process. Customer Interactions and considering their feedback.
4. Property Management - Buildings, Furniture & Fixtures maintenance requirements
5. Purchases & Stock taking– F&B, Housekeeping, MEP, keeping costs in control
Skill-set required:
1. Highly motivated, Goal-oriented executive with a proven track record of achieving operating targets.
2. Language proficiency both spoken & written: English, Hindi, Marathi
3. WinCloud Hotel Management Software, MS-Word, MS-Excel
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
