We are seeking an experienced Deputy Manager Sales for HVAC, to be based at Lahore office.
Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients and consultants, providing technical support, and driving sales growth in in the HVAC sector. This role involves proposing tailored HVAC solutions, identifying new opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, managing the sales process to close deals, and achieving sales targets while collaborating with the team.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, B-Tech, or related field.
6+ years of proven sales experience in HVAC VRF Sales.
Proven track record of sales success, leading teams.
Strong industry network and relationships.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Desirable Skills:
Technical knowledge of HVAC systems and technologies.
Familiarity with related regulations, and equipments.
Experience with CRM software and sales analytics.
