Deputy Manager Sewing/Stitching

Responsibilities:

• Planning and organizing production schedules
• Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met
• Determining quality control standards
• Overseeing production processes
• Managing staff absentiesm and cross training
• Ensuring quality of the product as per customer requirements, meeting production targets as per required numbers and efficiency.
• Organizing the repair and routine of production
• Supervising the work of junior staff
• Optimizing workflow in stitching, finishing, and packing

Experience: 3-5 Years in same position in reputed Stitching unit to handle activities from stitching to packing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs1.00 per month
