About the Role
We are seeking a Deputy Manager – Systems & Compliance to lead and manage the organization’s Integrated Management System (IMS). The role is responsible for implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving systems aligned with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
The ideal candidate will ensure organizational compliance with international standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies while promoting a culture of quality, environmental responsibility, and workplace safety.
Key Responsibilities
Integrated Management System (IMS)
- Lead the implementation and continual improvement of the Integrated Management System (IMS).
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
- Develop and maintain SOPs, policies, procedures, work instructions, and documentation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments to align processes with IMS requirements.
- Ensure standardization and control of organizational documentation.
Certification & Compliance
- Plan and coordinate ISO certification and surveillance audits.
- Ensure compliance with local regulatory, environmental, and safety laws.
- Liaise with external auditors, consultants, and certification bodies.
- Ensure timely closure of audit observations and non-conformities.
Internal Audit Management
- Develop and execute the annual internal audit plan.
- Conduct internal audits across departments.
- Identify system gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Monitor Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
Risk Management & Continuous Improvement
- Facilitate risk assessment and mitigation planning.
- Promote process improvement initiatives across departments.
- Monitor KPIs related to quality, environment, and occupational health & safety.
- Support management in strategic compliance initiatives.
Training & Awareness
- Conduct IMS awareness and ISO training sessions.
- Develop internal training materials and compliance programs.
- Promote a culture of quality, safety, and environmental responsibility.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain IMS records and documentation in line with ISO standards.
- Prepare audit reports, compliance reports, and management reports.
- Facilitate Management Review Meetings (MRM).
Qualifications
- MBA / Master’s Degree in Quality Management, Environmental Management, Engineering, or a relevant field
- ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 Lead Auditor Certification will be preferred
Experience
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in IMS / QHSE / Compliance within a manufacturing environment
- Experience in ISO implementation and certification processes
- Strong background in process documentation and internal auditing
