Deputy Manager Warehouse Operation

 Manage Inventory Control, Receiving Goods, Warehousing, Logistics, Compliance, Record Keeping, and Documentation

 Perform system and physical stock reconciliation to ensure accuracy

 Collaboration with Warehouse and Operations teams to reduce Out-of-Stock (OOS) issues

 Implement checks and controls for operational procedures and compliance

 Maintain stock corrections in the system based on verified findings (shrinkage, stock valuation, etc.)

 Plan and executed weekly inventory counts

 Conduct and managed cycle counts and annual stock-taking with detailed reporting

 Monitor consumption patterns to ensure optimal inventory levels and availability

 Expedite procurement of store supplies and processed payment requests for non-trade items

 Ensure systematic dispatch of merchandise from Goods Receiving to sales floor

 Analyze discrepancies and perform reconciliation with proper documentation and reporting.

 Improve inventory accuracy through structured audit and reconciliation processes

 Strengthen internal controls to reduce operational losses and stock discrepancies

 Enhance coordination between departments for smoother supply chain operations

 Utilize ERP systems and data analysis for informed decision-making

Qualification

Education: Graduation or a Master’s degree in a related field.

Experience: 8–10 years in inventory and warehouse management (Retail/FMCG experience is a plus).

Working Hours: 10hrs rotational
