Key Responsibilities :

  • Ensure clinical supervision and maintain high standards of patient care.
  • Provide effective leadership and support sound decision-making processes.
  • Manage staffing and optimize resource allocation.
  • Foster coordination and clear communication among healthcare teams.
  • Oversee emergency preparedness and respond to critical incidents efficiently.
  • Offer staff supervision, training, and mentorship.
  • Monitor adherence to Hospital Infection Control (HIC) practices.
  • Handle administrative tasks and ensure timely reporting.
  • Act as a liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and uphold accountability standards.

  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Expertise in clinical care and nursing protocols
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in staff scheduling and resource management
  • Knowledge of hospital policies and accreditation standards (NABH/JCI)
  • Skilled in training, mentoring, and performance evaluation
  • Commitment to patient safety, ethics, and quality care
  • Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Strong documentation and reporting abilities
  • Ability to coordinate interdepartmental activities efficiently

Qualification:

Bsc-Msc/GNM with Valid KNMC Registration

Experience :

Min 5 years as Registered Nurse , Supervisory Role

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
