Key Responsibilities :
- Ensure clinical supervision and maintain high standards of patient care.
- Provide effective leadership and support sound decision-making processes.
- Manage staffing and optimize resource allocation.
- Foster coordination and clear communication among healthcare teams.
- Oversee emergency preparedness and respond to critical incidents efficiently.
- Offer staff supervision, training, and mentorship.
- Monitor adherence to Hospital Infection Control (HIC) practices.
- Handle administrative tasks and ensure timely reporting.
- Act as a liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and uphold accountability standards.

Qualification:
Bsc-Msc/GNM with Valid KNMC Registration
Experience :
Min 5 years as Registered Nurse , Supervisory Role
