Due to continued growth within our Autism Diagnostic Service, we are seeking an experienced Deputy Operations Lead to support operational delivery, team leadership and service improvement.
The Role
Working closely with the Operations Lead, you will support the day-to-day management of the Autism Diagnostic Service, ensuring efficient, compliant and high-quality service delivery.
You will lead Patient Support Coordinators and Assistant Psychologist Patient Support Coordinators, oversee operational performance, support workforce planning and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
This role is ideal for a proactive operational leader who enjoys problem-solving, developing people and driving service excellence in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
