HIRING – Deputy Project Manager – Design

Location: Guyana

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a Deputy Project Manager – Design to support the planning, coordination, and execution of design activities for construction and engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Project Manager in overseeing design-related activities

Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, and engineers

Monitor design schedules, deliverables, and project progress

Review drawings, specifications, and technical documents

Ensure compliance with project requirements, codes, and standards

Support design reviews, issue resolution, and stakeholder communications

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in design coordination or project management
• Strong knowledge of design and construction processes
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Office, and project management tools is an advantage
