Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, pursue, and secure sales opportunities within government institutions, semi-government departments, armed forces housing projects, and mega infrastructure projects.
  • Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with officials from departments such as Army Housing, Civil Works, FWO, CWO, Navy, Airforce, and major project contractors.
  • Prepare and submit tender documents, technical proposals, and commercial bids in compliance with required standards and timelines.
  • Liaise with Chinese contractors and international project stakeholders for sales negotiation, coordination, and execution.
  • Conduct field visits, customer meetings, and project site interactions regularly to monitor progress and close business deals.
  • Coordinate with internal departments including logistics, supply chain, finance, and technical teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to formulate effective sales plans.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as per assigned KPIs.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on payments, documentation, approvals, and contract formalities.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Smart, confident, and presentable personality with ability to interact with senior officials.
  • Proficiency in tendering processes, government procurement rules, and project sales.
  • Ability to work independently with a proactive and result-oriented approach.
  • Comfortable with field visits and customer coordination.
  • Good command over English
  • Excellent negotiation, analytical, and documentation skills.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Sales/Marketing, or relevant discipline.
  • 3–6 years of relevant experience in sales.
