About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Deputy Store Manager to join our store team. The ideal candidate will partner closely with the Store Manager to drive sales, elevate customer experience, and uphold operational excellence in line with Athlocity’s standards of retail leadership.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales performance by communicating store targets, tracking KPIs (ATV, UPT, conversion, units sold), and motivating the team.
  • Ensure smooth store operations including cash handling, loss prevention, returns/refunds, and customer service.
  • Lead visual merchandising, in-store displays, and stock management to flagship standards.
  • Monitor sales reports, analyze market trends, and propose action plans to maximize profitability.
  • Support in staff scheduling, training, and retention to maintain service excellence.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide timely resolutions, and maintain brand service standards.
  • Coordinate with facilities on store maintenance and ensure compliance with company programs.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • 3–5 years of retail management experience.
  • Proven experience managing high-volume stores and large teams.
  • Proficient in MS Office and retail systems.
