Dermatologist

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Dermatologist to take on the role of Facility Medical Director at our premium healthcare facility in Business Bay, Dubai. This is a leadership position suited for a highly motivated, DHA-licensed dermatologist with strong clinical experience and a proven background in advanced Russian dermatological techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert dermatological consultations and procedures, with a focus on Russian aesthetic and clinical dermatology techniques
• Lead the clinical team and oversee all medical operations within the facility
• Ensure compliance with DHA regulations and healthcare standards
• Contribute to business growth through clinical excellence and patient satisfaction
• Train and supervise junior staff and support continuous professional development
• Work closely with executive leadership on facility strategy and performance

Requirements:

• Medical degree with specialization in Dermatology
• Valid DHA license (Specialist or Consultant Dermatologist)
• Fluent in Russian (spoken and written)
• Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in Russian dermatological/aesthetic techniques
• Previous experience in a leadership or facility management role is preferred
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Available to join immediately
