Dermatology Laser Nurse

The Laser Nurse is responsible for performing safe and effective laser and aesthetic treatments in compliance with DOH/HAAD regulations. The role includes patient care, treatment execution, and ensuring high standards of safety, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform laser hair removal and other approved aesthetic laser treatments.
• Conduct patient consultations, assess suitability for treatments, and explain procedures, risks, and aftercare.
• Ensure all laser procedures are carried out according to DOH/HAAD guidelines and clinic protocols.
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
• Prepare and maintain laser equipment, ensuring proper calibration and safety checks.
• Follow strict infection control, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Provide post-treatment care instructions and follow up with patients as needed.
• Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff for patient treatment plans.
• Handle patient concerns professionally and ensure a positive patient experience.

Requirements:

• Valid DOH/HAAD License as a Nurse.
• Certified training in laser and aesthetic procedures.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Laser Nurse (preferred).
• Strong communication and patient care skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good knowledge of laser safety standards and skin care.
