Medical Assistant Role:

Skin Associates is now hiring an energetic, customer service-oriented Dermatology Medical Assistant for an immediate, full-time position at our dermatology office in Coral Gables, FL. Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Assists physicians with exams and minor procedures including biopsies, injections and cosmetic procedures
• Draws blood and lab requisitions
• Prepares examination rooms
• Prepares and facilitates visit forms and patient charts
• Other duties as assigned

Medical Assistant Requirements:

• Positive, courteous, outgoing and always with a smile
• Customer service-oriented
• Successful ability to work in a team environment, problem-solve and communicate effectively
• Detail-oriented and driven to provide superior patient care
• Minimum one year of work experience as a medical assistant
• Certification preferred, but not required
• Must be able to work Monday through Friday and occasional, rotating Saturdays
