Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dedicated Medical Receptionist to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming experience. Your primary responsibilities will include managing patient appointments, handling phone calls, maintaining patient records, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor
• Manage patient check-ins and check-outs efficiently
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments using our electronic health record system
• Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries in a courteous and professional manner
• Verify patient insurance information and process necessary documentation
• Assist with maintaining patient records and ensure confidentiality
• Process payments and provide accurate billing information
• Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar role preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• A friendly and professional attitude with a focus on patient care
