Location: Orchid Medical Center – Sharjah

Department: Dermatology & Aesthetics

Job Purpose

To support dermatologists by preparing patients, assisting during procedures, maintaining sterilization and clinic hygiene, and ensuring a smooth and professional patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the dermatologist during all aesthetic and dermatological procedures (PRP, peeling, mesotherapy, fillers/botox preparation, laser prep, facials, etc.).
• Prepare treatment rooms with necessary tools, consumables, and equipment.
• Ensure sterilization of instruments and maintain hygiene standards in compliance with MOH requirements.
• Welcome patients, take basic medical history, and prepare them for treatment.
• Manage patient flow, appointments, and follow-up reminders.
• Maintain stock of derma supplies and report shortages.
• Provide post-care instructions to patients as advised by the doctor.
• Ensure proper documentation on the system (before/after photos, consent forms, procedure notes).
• Support sales by explaining services, packages, and skincare routines professionally.

Requirements

• MOH license or eligibility is an advantage.
