Overview:
CLn Skin Care is seeking an experienced dermatology-focused outside sales representative to support growth in Atlanta metro area. This is a part-time, 1099 role (~3 days per week) for a proven medical or skin care sales professional who is confident calling on dermatology practices and delivering clinically relevant product education.
This is a unique opportunity to help build and shape a developing market, establish strong clinical relationships early, and play a hands-on role in expanding CLn Skin Care’s presence across key dermatology practices.
The role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the chance to represent a clinically respected, dermatologist-recommended skin care brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call on dermatology and medical practices within the assigned territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dermatologists, nurses, and office staff
- Deliver concise, credible product education and demonstrations
- Leverage company-provided samples and promotional resources to drive in-office trial, recommendation, and sustained adoption
- Actively develop and expand a growing territory with a market-builder mindset
- Execute a focused call plan to drive awareness, trial, and recommendation
- Manage territory activity independently with a high degree of accountability
- Track daily office visits and territory activity
- Participate in selected local meetings or events as needed
Required Qualifications:
- Proven success in outside, territory-based medical sales
- Proven ability to drive health care provider engagement, recommendations, and sales
- Enjoys building a territory and creating momentum from the ground up
Preferred Qualifications:
- Dermatology office sales experience with strong understanding of office workflows
- Values clinical credibility and relationship-building vs. hard selling
- Experienced launching or growing products within a territory
- Confident, professional presence in physician offices
- Thrives in flexible, independent field-based roles
- Organized, reliable, and execution-focused
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
Role Details:
- 1099 Independent Contractor
- Part-time
- $750 per week
- Business mileage paid @ $0.72 per mile plus tolls (50% up to $20/day)
- Minimum of 24 in-office visits with staff engagement per week
- Territory: Atlanta metro area
- Eligible for incentive pay after first three months of contract with demonstrated performance
